About Us

Sacramento Adventist Academy educates students in preschool through twelfth grade, offering opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills, and spiritual life. SAA is a private Seventh-day Adventist Christian school, fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. As such, the faculty and staff work to provide a strong understanding of the Bible as well as tools to become lifelong learners and critical thinkers.

Schoolwide Learner Outcomes

Each week, we highlight a few key characteristics that make SAA what it is.

1. Know Jesus
2. Embrace integrity
3. Live balanced lives
4. Think critically

The longer children attend Adventist schools, the higher their average achievement.

According to CognitiveGenesis, a 4-year study of 30,000 North American Adventist school students, grades 3-9 and 11, each year at an Adventist school improves students' average scholastic achievement. This research is validating what parents, teachers, and students involved in Adventist education have known for years - that, overall, Adventist school students perform better than the national average.
